Cadet College Razmak was established on December 27, 1977, through a presidential edict and opened its doors in 1978. In March 1978, the college welcomed its first group of 100 cadets, admitting them to the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades. Initially, the college divided the cadets into Ghazali and Bilal Houses.
